The Pro-Life Ministry of the parish of the Divine Mercy of Our Lord promotes respect for all human life from conception to natural death in line with the guidelines of the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops.
"We proclaim that human life is a precious gift from God; that each person who receives this gift has responsibilities toward God, self and others; and that society, through its laws and social institutions, must protect and nurture human life at every stage of its existence." Being Pro-Life means respecting and defending all human life, and caring for all life issues, such as:
· End of Life Issues—Euthanasia and Assisted Suicide
· Capital Punishment
· Disabilities
· Human Cloning, Stem Cell Research, Fetal Research and Reproductive Technology
· Chastity
· Contraception and Natural Family Planning
· Abortion

Parish Pro-Life Committee
Our mission is to coordinate pro-life events and to support the other ministries, under the guidance of our Pastor and our Diocese.
The Pro-Life Committee focuses on 5 areas:
1) Families for Life: Eduardo and Maria Carlo
2) Youth for Life: Mary and Anna Didier
3) Sidewalk Counseling and Prayer: Barbara Powell and Belen Alvarez
4) Gabriel Angel and Natural Family Planning (NFP): Maria Narvaez
5) Knights of Columbus liaison and other activities: Ron Syblik
