Parochial Vicar Father Manuel Sabando
Our Parochial Vicar is Father Manuel (Manny) Sabando. Father Manny was born in Suba, Cuyo, Palawan, Philippines on December 24, 1963. He is the son of Tranquilino Sabando and Consuelo Tamba. He entered St. Joseph Seminary of Puerto Princesa City (Seminario de San Jose), Palawan, Philippines in 1977 where he finished High School in 1982. Father earned a bachelor of arts in Philosophy from St. Vincent Ferrer Seminary in Jaro, Iloilo City, Philippines 1986, completing Theological Studies in 1992 at St. Joseph Regional Seminary Jaro, Iloilo City. He was ordained a priest at Immaculate Conception Cathedral by the Most Rev. Francisco C. San Diego in Puerto Princesa City, Palawan on August 22, 1992.
