The Catholic Diocese of Dallas is seeking a professional Administrative Assistant for the Business Office. The position will report directly to the CFO and provide primary administrative support for that position. Responsibilities include correspondence, files administration, special projects and assisting in scheduling.
The successful candidate for this full time position will have an above average working knowledge of Word, excellent grammar, spelling and phone skills, a working knowledge of Excel for some tasks, initiative and relevant administration skills and experience.
